A 50% Deposit of the total reservation amount will be taken at the time of reservation. This will be secured through check, money order or credit card.
Remaining amount of reservation will be due 20 days prior to arrival.
Either party may cancel the rental up to 30 days prior to the arrival date. There is a $50 administrative fee if you cancel your reservation in whole or part. In addition, if you cancel the rental in whole or part on shorter notice than 30 days, and if we are unable to re-book the cabin for all or part of your confirmed stay at the same rate, the full applicable rate will be charged for those days. There is no refund of rent for an early departure.
Cancellations made less than 15 days in advance will forfeit the 50% reservation deposit.
We reserve the right to refuse service or change policy at any given time.
